Time to go to the game.
School was great today, because I was actually not tired through the whole thing. But it turned sucky when I realized I had forgotten my band shirt and had to sit by myself at the pep rally. It was a pretty good one, too... but not nearly as good as the Vanilla Ice-off.
Sitting up there listening and watching all the retarded people dance and cheer to the crappy rap music they blasted through the gymnasium, I realized that music and culture in general is reverting to primitive ideals, as if all moral standards have been abolished. The music has become more focused on beats and tribal-sounding rhythms, and almost everything is accepted in society. The things that aren't, however, are punished horribly and unconstitutionally, and without remorse. Take all the people of Arabian and Middle Eastern descent who are sent over to Syria to be tortured legally instead of having to face a tribunal in the U.S. It makes me sick. Sometimes I wish everyone would just die a slow and painful death, but only after realizing that they caused it for themselves. This nihilistic viewpoint has never been so intense as it is right now, and I think our football team's 10th losing shall only contribute to it.
Oh well. If only the sky was red and I could vent through violence...
